📝 Job Description:

Taj Engineers is looking for a proactive and organized HR and Store Head to manage basic human resource tasks along with overseeing store inventory and material handling functions. This dual-role is ideal for freshers looking to build careers in administration, HR, and store management in a manufacturing setup.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance

• Maintain attendance and leave registers

• Support compliance with HR policies and documentation

• Coordinate internal communication and basic employee engagement activities

Store Management Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory records, inward/outward material logs, and material issue slips

• Track stock levels and update reports regularly

• Coordinate with production and purchase departments for store requirements

• Work on Work Orders, Purchase orders , Invoices etc

• Ensure safe storage and proper tagging of raw materials and components

✅ Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream; knowledge of HR/store operations is a plus

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email handling, Tally , MS Office, MSCIT )

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Physically fit to handle store responsibilities
