Warehouse In-Charge – Haldiram Warehouse
Key Job Responsibilities:
Overall supervision of warehouse operations, manpower and daily activities.
Receive incoming material and verify quantity, quality, packaging and documentation.
Ensure proper GRN, inward, outward and stock entries in ERP/system.
Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular physical stock verification.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO for food products and monitor expiry/near-expiry stock.
Proper storage, stacking, labelling and bin/location management.
Manage picking, packing, dispatch and loading operations as per orders.
Coordinate with Haldiram’s procurement, production, sales and logistics teams.
Ensure timely dispatches and minimize shortages, damages, pilferage and wastage.
Monitor warehouse hygiene, pest control, safety and food-storage standards.
Maintain records of damaged, rejected, expired and returned goods.
Supervise loading/unloading, labour productivity and vehicle movement.
Reconcile physical stock with system stock and investigate variances.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory, inward/outward movement, damages and dispatches.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, statutory requirements and audit procedures.
Handle customer/company audits and resolve operational discrepancies.
Maintain housekeeping, security and overall discipline within the warehouse.
