Warehouse Incharge

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.

• Manage branch operations including sales, distribution, logistics, and administration.

• Ensure timely supply of products to distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

• Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and ensure proper warehouse management.

• Implement and execute trade promotions, schemes, and product launches effectively.

• Maintain strong relationships with trade partners, distributors, and retailers.

• Track branch performance against sales and financial targets, taking corrective actions when required.

• Handle team development, performance reviews, and training needs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and audit requirements.

• Provide regular MIS and business updates to management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent knowledge of FMCG distribution and sales operations.

• Problem-solving ability with strong decision-making skills.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business / Management / Commerce (MBA preferred).

• 5–8 years of experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or branch management.

• Proven track record of handling branch / territory independently.
