Role & Responsibilites

complete B2B & B2C return processes.

Required Skills for B2B Role:

Experience in handling B2B return orders, from return pickup to stock inward processing and making stock live again

Knowledge of QC parameters in the garments line

Ability to arrange logistics and track RTV shipments until delivery

Strong Excel skills

Good email drafting and communication skills

Experience in handling a team of 8–10 people

Required Skills for B2C Role:

Experience in handling B2C return orders, from return receiving to processing and making stock live again for resale

Knowledge of QC parameters in the garments line
