Candidate should be excellent command verbal and written communication skills.

Candidate should have Administrative skills

Duty Hours- 9 Hours

Day- 6 days/week

Job Responsibility

·         Inventory Management:

Oversee the accurate tracking, control, and storage of all materials, resolving discrepancies and conducting audits. 

·         Operations Oversight:

Supervise daily activities such as the receiving, warehousing, and dispatch of goods, ensuring they are handled correctly and efficiently. 

·         Staff Management:

Lead, train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance to meet productivity targets. 

·         Safety and Security:

Implement and enforce strict safety, health, and security protocols to protect personnel and company assets, maintaining a safe working environment. 

·         Logistics and Coordination:

Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery and distribution of materials. 

·         Space Optimization:

Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts, optimizing space utilization for effective storage and flow of goods. 

·         Equipment Maintenance:

Coordinate the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition. 

·         Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare reports and statistics on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance, providing insights for management and continuous improvement. 

·         Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and align warehouse operations with the company's overall business objectives. 

·         Budget Management:

Assist in creating and maintaining the warehouse budget, ensuring operations stay within financial parameters.
