Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration including filing, documentation, courier handling, and office upkeep.
Track, maintain, and replenish office inventory such as stationery, pantry, and consumables.
Handle procurement of office supplies by sourcing vendors, comparing quotations, and coordinating timely deliveries.
Assist in finance-related tasks like collecting and depositing cheques, submitting bills, and coordinating with accounts.
Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, and expenses with regular reporting to management.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Support management in miscellaneous tasks, errands, and any additional responsibilities as assigned.
