Warehouse Incharge

✅ Key Roles & Responsibilities:

🔹 Shift Operations Management:

Manage end-to-end inbound, outbound, and inventory processes during the shift.

Supervise picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch activities.

Ensure timely handling of returns and RTO shipments.

Monitor daily order processing volumes and service level adherence (SLA).

🔹 Manpower & Team Handling:

Allocate workforce based on real-time workload.

Conduct shift briefings, task assignments, and performance tracking.

Ensure attendance, shift rosters, and discipline adherence.

Mentor and guide warehouse associates and support staff.

🔹 Inventory & Warehouse Management:

Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.

Maintain proper storage practices, space utilization, and stock reconciliation.

Coordinate with inventory control teams for discrepancies and rectifications.

🔹 Process Adherence & Quality Control:

Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like TAT, accuracy, and productivity.

Ensure zero damages, pilferages, or operational errors.

🔹 Coordination & Communication:

Collaborate with courier partners, transporters, and internal stakeholders.

Escalate operational challenges and propose solutions to the Warehouse Manager.

Maintain effective communication with the customer support team for issue resolution.

🔹 Compliance & Safety:

Enforce safety guidelines, conduct 5S implementation, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Conduct incident investigations and report escalations as needed.

🔹 Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate shift-wise MIS reports, daily logs, and process documentation.

Analyze shift performance data and suggest improvements.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Diploma in any stream (Logistics or Supply Chain preferred).

1–5 years of experience in eCommerce, 3PL, or warehouse operations.

Good knowledge of WMS, TMS, barcode scanning, and inventory systems.

Strong leadership, team handling, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.

Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage high-pressure situations.
