Warehouse Incharge

Role Summary:

The Shift Incharge will be responsible for supervising daily operations during the assigned shift at the processing or distribution center. This role ensures smooth functioning of logistics, inventory handling, manpower management, quality control, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all activities during the assigned shift in the warehouse/processing center.

• Ensure timely receiving, grading, sorting, packing, and dispatch of produce.

• Manage and coordinate with shift workforce including supervisors, pickers, packers, and loaders.

• Monitor productivity, ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain quality standards.

• Track daily operations data — incoming/outgoing stock, wastage, productivity, etc.

• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for smooth inbound/outbound flow.

• Implement and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

• Manage shift-wise inventory updates in WMS/ERP systems.

• Prepare daily shift reports and escalate operational issues proactively.

• Ensure discipline, attendance, and proper training of shift staff.
