Warehouse Incharge

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, packing, dispatch, pickups, deliveries, and safe handling of high-value items such as auctioned paintings, artifacts, collectibles, and other delicate products. The role requires strong organizational skills, inventory control expertise, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and product safety.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations Management

·        Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, packing, dispatch, delivery coordination, and pickups.

·        Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation on a regular basis.

·        Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and maintain proper documentation.

·        Ensure timely processing of customer orders and dispatch schedules.

·        Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

·        Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.

2. Inventory & Asset Control

·        Track inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through periodic physical verification.

·        Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damages.

·        Maintain proper labeling, categorization, and storage of products.

·        Prepare inventory reports and MIS as required by management.

3. High-Value Product Handling

·        Ensure careful handling, packing, storage, and transportation of valuable auctioned paintings, artifacts, antiques, and collectibles.

·        Implement damage-prevention procedures and quality checks before dispatch.

·        Maintain records and accountability for all high-value inventory.

·        Coordinate special packaging requirements for fragile and premium products.
