Warehouse Incharge

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including packaging and dispatch

• Ensure accurate and timely packing of orders as per requirement

• Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment planning and dispatch

• Maintain stock records, update inventory reports, and monitor movement of goods

• Ensure proper labeling, packing quality, and material handling

• Plan manpower for packaging and dispatch activities

• Monitor warehouse hygiene, safety & storage standards

• Handle documentation related to dispatch, invoices & delivery challans

• Track dispatched shipments and maintain dispatch logs

• Manage returns & damaged goods as per company policy

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain preferred

• Proficiency in MS Excel & stock management software

• Strong communication & team handling skills

• Ability to work under pressure & meet dispatch timelines

• Knowledge of packaging materials, warehouse procedures & safety norms
