Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily operations of our warehouse at Dankuni. The candidate will be responsible for managing stock, ensuring proper loading/unloading, handling overall warehouse maintenance, and maintaining discipline in warehouse activities. Only immediate joiners are eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

Responsible for opening and closing of the warehouse.

Manage and maintain inventory records, stock updates, and stock movement.

Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods (finished products and raw materials).

Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse.

Coordinate with the operations/dispatch team for smooth supply chain management.

Ensure accuracy in inward and outward stock movement with proper documentation.

Handle basic computer operations (MS Excel/Word, emails, inventory software).

Responsible for overall upkeep and maintenance of the warehouse premises.

Report stock status and daily activities to management.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate / Higher Secondary (preferred with warehouse experience).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, emails).

Prior experience in warehouse/store management will be an advantage.

Physically fit and able to supervise loading/unloading activities.

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

Willingness to join immediately.
