Assign delivery routes to Delivery Associates based on location, order volume, and operational requirements to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Receive and verify any shipments returned by Delivery Associates after completing their deliveries and ensure they are properly recorded and stored at the warehouse.
Handle day-to-day operational activities as per the assigned process.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and maintain process-related data and trackers.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines.
Identify process gaps and escalate issues to the reporting manager.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy.
Support the team in achieving daily operational targets and performance metrics.
