Job Description

Order Picking: Retrieve specific items from warehouse shelves using order sheets or RF scanners.
Quality Check: Inspect retrieved items for visible defects, expiration dates, or damages.
Product Packaging: Place items into appropriate boxes, jars, or pouches with necessary protective wrapping.
Labeling & Sealing: Apply accurate barcodes, shipping labels, and sealing tape onto packages.
Stock Replenishment: Help restock shelves and update electronic inventory systems when items arrive.
Safety & Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean and adhere to strict warehouse safety protocols.

Core Requirements & Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma, 10th pass, or 12th pass is typically preferred but not always mandatory.
Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for long shifts, walk extensive distances, and lift heavy loads (often up to 20–25 kg).
Technical Familiarity: Experience using handheld digital barcode scanners and inventory software.
Certifications: Forklift or pallet jack operation licenses are highly advantageous but optional.

Essential Skills

Speed and Accuracy: Meeting strict hourly picking and packing quotas without misplacing items.
Attention to Detail: Correctly reading alphanumeric barcodes, product codes, and quantity variations.
