Job Description:

Position Overview:
The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operations within the warehouse. This includes managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring products are stored and handled correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations.

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock records.

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Train and manage warehouse staff.

• Handle returns, damages, and discrepancies.

• Prepare reports on warehouse performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).

• Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, etc.).
