Order & Dispatch Planning
· Maintain and monitor all open customer purchase orders.
· Prepare daily dispatch plans based on management priorities and customer commitments.
· Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, and Management teams to ensure smooth order execution.
· Track pending orders and proactively identify bottlenecks.
Logistics Coordination
· Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement.
· Monitor shipment movement and delivery status.
· Follow up with transport partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
· Handle urgent and priority dispatches efficiently.
Internal Coordination
· Coordinate with Stores for material availability and readiness.
· Work closely with Production for order completion timelines.
· Ensure all departments are aligned regarding dispatch priorities.
· Escalate delays and issues to management in a timely manner.
Documentation & Reporting
· Ensure accuracy of invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, LR copies, and dispatch documentation.
· Maintain dispatch records and shipment trackers.
· Prepare daily and weekly reports on pending orders, dispatch status, and delivery performance.
Customer Communication
· Provide dispatch updates and shipment status to customers when required.
· Coordinate delivery schedules and resolve dispatch-related concerns.
