🔧 Key Responsibilities

🗂 Warehouse Operations

Supervise inbound/outbound shipments

Oversee picking, packing, dispatch & storage

Ensure inventory accuracy and timely delivery

👷 Staff Supervision

Allocate tasks to staff & forklift operators

Guide and train team members

Monitor attendance & performance

📦 Inventory Management

Maintain system vs. physical accuracy

Conduct stock audits & manage returns

🛡 Safety & Compliance

Enforce safety standards (PPE, fire, etc.)

Ensure SOP and policy compliance

📞 Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with clients and transporters

Maintain GRN, gate passes, and MIS reports

Track damages, shortages, and reconciliations

💻 Tech & Process

Use WMS, TMS, ERP systems & scanners

Excel and email writing skills essential

Monitor KPIs like TAT, dispatch time, and accuracy
