Warehouse Executive

💼 Experience:

Assistant Manager: Minimum 3 years in 3PL warehouse/logistics operations

Executive/Supervisor: Minimum 2 years in warehouse operations

💰 Salary Range:

Assistant Manager: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC

Executive/Supervisor: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on interview & experience)

🗣️ Language Requirement: Must understand and speak Hindi

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Loading, Unloading & Documentation

Handle cab loading/unloading and related documentation

Verify invoices, challans, e-way bills, and GRNs

Maintain accurate transaction records

2️⃣ Daily Operations

Manage floor activities using FIFO/LIFO & 5S principles

Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

Maintain a clean, organized warehouse

3️⃣ Inventory Management

Conduct daily/weekly stock checks

Ensure stock accuracy in WMS/ERP

Reconcile physical vs system stock

4️⃣ Audit & Compliance

Maintain audit documentation

Ensure adherence to safety & compliance standards

5️⃣ Excel & Reporting

Prepare daily MIS reports

Use Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot, IF, etc.)

Track KPIs such as TAT, stock accuracy, and dispatch accuracy

6️⃣ Team Handling & Problem Solving

Supervise loaders, pickers, and helpers

Train staff on SOPs and safety protocols

Resolve issues and coordinate with transporters/customers

✅ Preference: Candidates with 3PL / logistics warehouse experience will be highly preferred.
