Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations:

Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing & dispatch.

Manage inbound/outbound shipments & inventory accuracy.

Staff Supervision & Coordination:

Lead warehouse team, assign tasks, monitor productivity.

Conduct training for new staff.

Inventory Management:

Regular stock audits & cycle counts.

Use WMS/ERP for stock movement & reporting.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure PPE, safety checks & compliance with standards.

Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory & dispatch reports.

Equipment Handling:

Proper use & maintenance of warehouse equipment.

Process Improvement & Vendor Coordination:

Improve workflow efficiency, manage transport schedules.
