Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Field Operations Executive (Champ) to join our operations team.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our ground operations, responsible for ensuring that our vending machines across various clusters in Mumbai are fully stocked, accurately audited, and functioning perfectly. You will work closely with the central operations team to manage inventory flow and ensure a seamless customer experience at every location.

​Key Responsibilities

​Inventory Replenishment: Travel across assigned locations in Mumbai to restock machines with the correct products in a timely and efficient manner.

​Inventory Auditing: Conduct strict, accurate daily inventory counts. Tally the physical stock loaded into the machines against backend data to prevent shrinkage and report any discrepancies immediately.

​Logistics & Route Planning: Navigate assigned clusters efficiently to minimize travel time and maximize the number of machines serviced per day.

​Basic Maintenance & Hygiene: Ensure all machines are clean, presentable, and in good working order. Report any technical malfunctions or damages to the maintenance team.

​Coordination: Act as the primary point of communication between the on-ground locations and the central operations managers regarding stock requirements and cluster updates.

​Requirements

​Experience: Prior experience in field operations, delivery, logistics, or inventory management is highly preferred.

​Local Knowledge: Excellent familiarity with navigating IIM Mumbai's geography, traffic patterns, and local transit.

​Attention to Detail: High accuracy in counting, tracking, and auditing physical inventory.

​Reliability: Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

​Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of loading/unloading stock and traveling between locations throughout the day.

​Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile applications to log inventory data, track routes, and communicate with the team.

​What We Offer

​₹16,000 fixed salary

​Travel allowance for daily field movements.
