Location: Bhiwandi / Nagpur / Coimbatore / Trichy / Kolkata

Reporting To: Warehouse Manager

Experience: 3+ Years in Warehouse Operations

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Age: Below 27 Years

Role Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, manage manpower, ensure inventory accuracy, monitor productivity, and drive adherence to operational, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and inventory management activities.
• Lead and manage warehouse associates to achieve productivity targets.
• Monitor daily warehouse operations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts and physical verification.
• Coordinate dispatch planning and shipment execution.
• Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.
• Prepare operational reports and MIS.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns.
• Train and guide warehouse staff on SOPs and best practices.
• Coordinate with transport, procurement, and customer teams for smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 36 months of warehouse operations experience with a logistics company.
• Consistent KPI achievement during the preceding 18 months.
• Strong team handling and supervisory skills.
• No disciplinary record in previous employment.
• Willingness to relocate to assigned location.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, and operational reporting.
