POSITION: Warehouse Packing & Dispatch Executive (Book Publishing Industry)

Key Details:

Duration: Full-time
Location: On-site (Gorai Borivali West, Mumbai)
Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Order Verification: Verify picked books, flashcard bundles, and kits against packing slips for exact titles, editions, and quantities.
Specialized Packing: Securely wrap books and flashcards using bubble wrap or edge protectors to prevent transit damage.
Kit Assembly: Correctly bundle multi-part orders ensuring no flashcard sets or study guides are missing.
Labeling & Docs: Generate and affix shipping labels, invoices, and delivery challans clearly.
Dispatch Handover: Sort packages by courier, create daily shipping manifests, and hand over to drivers.
System Logging: Update order statuses in the inventory system or WMS to trigger customer tracking.

Requirements:

Experience: 1–2 years in e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations (print/stationery experience is a plus).
Skills: High attention to detail (for book titles/editions), speed, and familiarity with barcode scanners or basic computer systems.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle, lift & stack heavy boxes of books throughout the shift.
