Warehouse Executive

• Inventory Management:

  Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular physical and cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure optimal stock levels. 

• Warehouse Operations:

  Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods, ensuring efficient use of space and smooth material flow. 

• Logistics Coordination:

  Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and transportation providers to meet delivery schedules and manage inbound/outbound shipments. 

• Staff Supervision:

  Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting a positive work environment. 

• Safety and Compliance:

  Enforce safety protocols, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and maintain a clean and secure working environment. 

• Process Improvement:

  Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse processes, implement best practices, and optimize efficiency and productivity. 

• Reporting and Analysis:

  Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
