Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders through email, calls

  • Enter order details accurately in the system (item code, quantity, price, discounts, customer info).

  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely picking, packing, and dispatch.

  • Track order status and update customers proactively.

  • Ensure availability of stock before confirming orders.

  • Maintain daily order report and share with management.

  • Handle order-related queries, changes, or cancellations.

  • Support invoicing and billing documentation.

  • Check and verify order accuracy before shipment.

  • Maintain proper records of orders, dispatches, and returns.
