Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
Plan and coordinate warehouse layout and space utilization
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and best practices
Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams
Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports
Manage warehouse equipment and oversee maintenance
Resolve operational issues and improve efficiency and productivity
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software
Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
