Warehouse Executive

• Assist operation department for correspondence with franchise and distributors for smooth supply of goods • Market research on different competitive products in the market • Market Research about on potential products and introduce new molecules in company • Inspect, physically checking of quality, quantity and packing of finished products at Warehouse, entering & maintaining inventory of the same. • Analyzing data of stock and managing first cum first out of products in the stock. • Organizing shipment, coordinating with driver, Vehicles, loads and journey. Ensuring delivery of product to Master Franchise on time. • Storage, temperature and handling conditions of product, as specified on the Product label • Ensure to check on manufacturing date and expiry date for stocks before taking from manufacturer and their invoice that expiry should be minimum 24 months. If it is lesser report to operation head • Keeping statistic of different product track of stock of product • Solving queries with regards to delivery stock of products to Franchise. • Operating software system to manage purchase, cost and stock level. • Creating Invoice, E-way bill for distribution and dispatching medicines • Ensure to follow strict norms and get it sign on quality, payment, delivery deadlines, insurance, return stock with manufacturers • Check all WHO GMP compliance and their manufacturing site approvals for our records and maintain the same • Training, supervising and administration of warehouse staff. • No return stocks will be taken from Single franchise or Master franchise – ensure on the same (already mentioned in our agreement) • Ensure to take insurance on our goods hwe dispatch to MF • Ensure that Manufacturers will send goods to our warehouse – with paid transport (Generic Aadhaar- will not bear the cost of transport)
