Flipkart Large Hub is hiring LMA (Last Mile Associates) for parcel delivery operations in Satna. Candidates will be responsible for timely parcel deliveries, order handling, and maintaining delivery records.

Salary base with attractive per shipment incentives available:

• Small parcel – ₹25 per packet

• Medium parcel – ₹30 per packet

• Large parcel – ₹40 per packet

Responsibilities:

• Deliver parcels safely and on time

• Handle packages carefully during delivery

• Follow assigned delivery routes

• Update delivery status regularly

• Maintain professional behavior with customers

Requirements:

• 12th Pass preferred
