Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to join our team. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods

• Maintain proper stock records (inward, outward, and balance stock)

• Issue materials as per approved requisitions

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials

• Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile discrepancies

• Maintain GRN, delivery challans, invoices, and store registers

• Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts teams

• Coordinate with clients for updates and handling their queries

• Ensure safety and cleanliness.

• Handle basic inventory software / Excel entries

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
