Warehouse Executive

Job Title: Greige Store Supervisor

Department: GREIGE Department

Reporting To:  Department Head

Job Purpose

To ensure accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of all fabric-related activities including job order processing, return handling, fabric checking, and coordination with vendors for fabric returns and reprocessing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Job Order Fabric Reconciliation

   • Maintain accurate records of all job orders and associated fabric usage.

   • Reconcile actual fabric usage against job order requirements.

2. Fabric Return Reconciliation with Vendors

   • Track and reconcile balance fabric returned to vendors post-production.

   • Ensure proper documentation and verification of all returns.

3. Handling External/Internal R/P Fabric for Reprocess

   • Record inward movement and issue of all external and internal R/P (Reprocess) fabric.

   • Coordinate with production for timely fabric reprocessing.

4. Return Fabric Report Management

   • Prepare detailed reports on returned fabric on a regular basis.

   • Submit reports to the HOD for review and analysis.

5. Return Fabric Utilization Reporting

   • Maintain data on return fabric usage and unused stock.

   • Submit utilization and non-utilization reports to the HOD.

6. Fabric Checking Reports

   • Document and report on the quality checking of all fabric received and returned.

   • Coordinate with the quality team to ensure consistent reporting standards.

   •  

7. TC – Coordination - with Agency - BV or any other to get TC on time.
