Job Description

Monitor vehicle loading and ensure all materials are dispatched on time.
Prepare and print DO/Challan and Gate Pass and maintain dispatch records.
Coordinate with drivers and transporters to ensure timely delivery and unloading.
Collect Transport LR and signed delivery documents and maintain proper records.
Report any delivery issues, mistakes, or godown-related problems to the Logistics team or senior immediately.
