Warehouse Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring a Warehouse Inventory & Dispatch Executive for our automobile spare parts warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for stocking purchased materials, maintaining inventory, and picking spare parts as per picklists for packaging and dispatch. The role requires basic English reading and writing skills and hands-on warehouse work.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive automobile spare parts from suppliers and verify quantity and condition

• Properly store and arrange spare parts in designated warehouse locations

• Maintain stock records and update inventory registers or systems

• Pick spare parts as per picklists for packaging and dispatch

• Support packaging and dispatch activities to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Perform regular stock checks and report shortages or mismatches

• Ensure correct labeling and safe handling of spare parts

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Ability to read and write basic English (for picklists, labels, invoices)

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations or inventory handling

• Physically fit for material handling and warehouse work

• Attention to detail and willingness to follow processes

• Honest, disciplined, and punctual

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in warehouse / inventory / store handling preferred

• Experience in automobile spare parts or similar industry is an advantage

Working Conditions

• Full-time, work from office / warehouse

• Day shift

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
