Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily warehouse and e-commerce operations.

- Handle order processing, dispatch tracking, and shipment coordination.

- Manage return claims, refunds, replacements, and reverse logistics.

- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.

- Maintain inventory accuracy and operational reports.

- Follow up on pending claims and delivery discrepancies.

- Handle marketplace (Myntra, Firstcry, Flipkart & Amazon) operations efficiently.

Requirements:

- Minimum experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.

- Myntra handling experience is mandatory.

- Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory.

- Knowledge of return claims and order management processes.
