Position- L& D Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION :
The L&D role in the India Ops organization is responsible for the continuous training support for our employees and/or leaders. As the Learning Coordinator, the ideal candidate would have:
∙ Experience in planning and executing learning programs
∙ Strong communication skills
∙ Proficiency in modern learning technologies
∙ Proven track record in data management and stakeholder management
∙ 1+ year in HR
∙ L&D experience is preferable
∙ Excellent communication abilities
∙ Experience with LMS platforms is preferable
∙ Proficiency in MS Excel is a must
Key Responsibilities :
∙ Coordinate and execute learning programs as per calendar
∙ Support program manager in data management and reporting
∙ Create impactful communication and branding
∙ Data analysis of learning survey feedback to identify patterns and trends
Location : Malleswaram, Bengaluru, India (On-site - all five days)
Basic Qualification :
• Tier 2 MBA 2021 or 2022 pass outs (From Bangalore)
• Basic Analytical skills
• Above 70% merit across 10, 12 & Post Graduation.
