Position Title: Executive – Logistics

Function: Logistics

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹5 LPA

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum Graduation / Post-Graduation (Preferred: M.Com / MBA in Finance)

Experience Required:

• 2 to 5 Years of relevant experience

• Age Range: 27–35 years

Key Responsibilities / Deliverables (in decreasing order of importance):

1. Candidate with M.Com / MBA (Finance) background

2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in invoicing, logistics, and outbound activities

3. Strong knowledge of tax invoicing, e-way bills, GST, TDS, and outbound compliance

4. Ability to understand commercial and legal terms in customer purchase orders

5. Prepare and manage MIS reports related to invoicing and dispatch tracking

6. Oversee and manage scrap sales activities

7. Basic working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft D365 is essential

8. Communicate dispatch and invoicing status to internal and external stakeholders

Technical Competencies:

• Invoicing and logistics / outbound activities

• Logistics documentation

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)

• ERP Systems: SAP / Microsoft D365

Behavioral Competencies:

• Strong communication skills

• Relationship management

• Emotional stability and adaptability

On-the-Job Training:

• One-month training based on defined KRAs / job role

IT Requirements:

• Software: Field Assist / Workozy (if applicable)

• Hardware: Laptop to be allotted
