Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Monthly Stipend: ₹17,500/-

• Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹13,500/-

• Attendance Bonus (26 Days Present): ₹2,000/-

• Productivity Award / Peak Incentive: ₹2,000/-

• Leave Encashment + Night Allowance: ₹606 + ₹100 per night

• Overtime: Available as per company policy

• Medical Insurance: Yes (Work Compensation - WC)
