Key Responsibilities:
Handle, organize, and safeguard all confidential and sensitive documents related to the Managing Director.
Prepare, review, and maintain important files such as legal papers, contracts, board documents, financial summaries, and strategic reports.
Draft and manage official correspondence, letters, and emails on behalf of the MD.
Maintain a well-organized filing system (physical and digital) for high-level and confidential records.
Ensure timely retrieval of documents and maintain proper version control and confidentiality protocols.
Coordinate with departments and external stakeholders only when needed to relay or collect critical information for the MD.
Track and follow up on important communications or action points shared by the MD.
Manage the MD’s calendar only with respect to high-level meetings and documentation reviews.
Act as a trusted gatekeeper for all documentation and communication reaching the MD.
Ensure complete discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity at all times.
Strong interpersonal presence — must be confident and know how to get work done through others with tact and authority.
