Key Responsibilities

1. Receive, check, and store incoming materials & stock.

2. Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately.

3. Maintain proper inventory records in the system (Excel/ERP).

4. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

5. Ensure materials are labelled, arranged, and stored safely.

6. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments.

7. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and layout of the warehouse.

8. Handle return materials and update records.

9. Assist in loading/unloading activities.

10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
