Job Title: Warehouse Scouting Executive (Field Role)

✔️ Role Overview
We are hiring Warehouse Scouting Executives to identify suitable warehouse properties, coordinate site visits, and support agreement closures. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong local market knowledge and daily on-ground activity.
✔️ Key Responsibilities
▪️Scout warehouses and collect complete site information
▪️List warehouse properties on the company portal/app
▪️Accompany clients for warehouse visits and handle queries
▪️Coordinate with property owners for commercials and documentation
▪️Support agreement closures between clients and owners
▪️Submit daily field reports and maintain a property database
▪️Gather market intelligence on rental trends and warehouse availability
✔️ Eligibility Criteria
▪️Education: Graduate preferred
▪️Experience: 1–3 years in field operations / logistics / real estate
✔️ Must Have:
▪️Own two-wheeler
▪️Valid driving license
✔️ Preferred Skills:
▪️ Strong field presence and negotiation skills
▪️Basic understanding of warehouses/logistics real estate
▪️Comfortable with travel and daily site visits
