Job Title: Warehouse Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing: Supervise the processing of orders, ensuring that they are completed accurately and promptly. Monitor the status of each order and track delivery timelines.
• Product Inward/Outward: Oversee the incoming and outgoing of eCommerce products. Ensure inventory is accurately updated and any discrepancies are resolved.
• Client Coordination: Directly communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
• Inventory Management: Ensure proper storage and organization of goods within the warehouse. Track stock levels and assist in reordering when required.
• Team Supervision: Lead and guide the warehouse team to meet performance targets and deadlines. Provide training and guidance to new staff as needed.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of goods entering and leaving the warehouse to ensure they meet the company’s standards and customer expectations.
• Report Generation: Prepare and maintain reports related to order processing, inventory, and client coordination.
