Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or excesses.

• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

• Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of goods.

• Optimize warehouse space utilization for maximum efficiency.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Logistics & Order Fulfillment:

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters for timely deliveries.

• Process and track incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.

• Address and resolve any logistics issues to minimize delays.

Team Supervision & Coordination:

• Manage and train warehouse staff for efficient operations.

• Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.

• Enforce compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and warehouse standards.

• Implement best practices for safe material handling and storage.

• Conduct safety drills and enforce emergency response procedures.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain records of warehouse activities, including inventory movement, damaged stock, and discrepancies.

• Prepare reports on stock levels, order status, and logistics efficiency.

• Assist in budgeting and cost-control measures for warehouse operations.
