Role- Store Executive

Role Summary

Assist the Store In-Charge in daily warehouse operations—receiving, storing, issuing, and recording raw materials used for manufacturing approximately 2000 pairs of footwear per day. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure smooth material flow to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify raw materials against purchase orders and GRNs.

• Tag, label, and store materials systematically following FIFO and safety guidelines.

• Issue materials to production lines accurately and on time.

• Update manual/Excel/ERP records promptly and assist with cycle counts and audits.

• Maintain cleanliness and comply with 5S and safety standards.

• Report discrepancies, damages, or low-stock alerts to the Store In-Charge.
