Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to handle day-to-day operations including billing, inventory management, goods inward/outward, and packing of finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain bills/invoices using computer software.
Manage stock entries, product dispatch, and inventory records.
Handle goods inward and outward documentation.
Assist in packing and labeling of products before dispatch.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain basic records and support daily office operations.
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Tally or billing software preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience in billing or warehouse/inventory handling will be an added advantage.
Should be honest, punctual, and responsible.
Salary: As per experience and skills.
