Warehouse Executive

A packing job involves securely preparing products for shipment by selecting, inspecting, weighing, boxing, and labeling items, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace, following company standards, and sometimes operating machinery like pallet jacks or scanners, requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork. Key responsibilities include quality control (checking for damage), accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and adhering to safety/hygiene protocols. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging: Placing items in containers, using protective materials (padding, glue, tape), and sealing packages securely.

• Order Fulfillment: Picking items from inventory, verifying against orders, and preparing them for shipment.

• Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects or damage before packing.

• Labeling & Documentation: Applying correct labels, weighing packages, and logging shipment details/paperwork.

• Inventory Support: Keeping stock organized, reporting low supplies, and assisting with stock rotation.

• Equipment Operation: Using hand tools, pallet wrappers, pallet jacks, or scanners.

• Safety & Maintenance: Maintaining a clean work area, following safety rules, and reporting issues.
