Warehouse Executive

WAREHOUSE & DELIVERY JOB DESCRIPTION

Daily Responsibilities

1. Receive goods and check the quantity.

2. Check for damaged or missing goods.

3. Arrange products properly in the warehouse.

4. Maintain proper stock arrangement.

5. Pick goods according to the challan.

6. Check the product and quantity before loading.

7. Keep goods challan-wise and vehicle-wise.

8. Load the correct goods into the correct vehicle.

9. Ensure no challan or item is missed.

10. Inform the warehouse in-charge about any shortage or mismatch.

11. Handle goods carefully to avoid damage.

12. Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the warehouse.

13. Help with stock counting and stock checking.

14. Keep records of pending and completed challans.

15. Check vehicle loading before dispatch.

Delivery Responsibilities

16. Travel in the company vehicle along with the company driver for delivery.

17. Carry the correct goods and challans for the assigned route.

18. Assist the driver in locating delivery points and completing deliveries.

19. Hand over the correct goods to the customer as per the challan.

20. Check the quantity and goods before handing them over.

21. Collect signed/stamped delivery documents wherever required.

22. Report any shortage, rejection, damage, or delivery issue immediately.

23. Bring back undelivered goods and documents to the warehouse.

24. Maintain proper care of company goods during transportation.

25. Follow the instructions of the warehouse in-charge regarding delivery routes and priorities.

26. Maintain professional behaviour with customers and company personnel.

27. Ensure all assigned deliveries are completed and reported properly.
