Job Description

We are hiring warehouse manpower for a fixed 60-day contract at Dankuni, Chakundi. Candidates will be required to work continuously for the full 60-day contract period. The duty is 9 hours per day on a rotational shift, with no weekly off during the contract period. Overtime is available at ₹70 per hour for candidates willing to work extra hours. Payment will be made only for days worked, and PF & ESIC are not applicable for this 60-day contract.

Salary: ₹14,500 per month for the 60-day contract. Payment will be based on the number of days worked.

Attendance Bonus: Candidates who complete 30 days of duty in a month will receive an additional ₹1,000 attendance bonus for that month. Therefore, candidates completing 30 days of duty can earn ₹15,500 per month (₹14,500 salary + ₹1,000 attendance bonus). Overtime is paid separately at ₹70 per hour.
