Job Description:
Knowledge on inbound operations (Invoice processing/GRN/Receiving/TAT).
Ensure quick fulfilment of orders in the shift while meeting customer expectations and delivery SLAs & en-sure metrics are met.
Control shrinkage at store, and ensure complete adherence to SOPs & processes.
Manage store inventory, and conduct daily assessments on inventory health.
Exposure on return (Sales return) process.
Ensure 100% load processing in shift & maintain process TAT.
Awareness of process knowledge and industry working experience (E-commerce).
Root Cause Analysis techniques.
Operations Management.
Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint usability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as a leading member of a dynamic, dispersed team.
Team Handling skills, Problem solving skills - working in challenging environments.
Manage off roll employees & ensure timely availability & performance.
Ensure/Monitor that all assets are in working condition, and are accounted for.
Maintaining & submitting daily reports.
