Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide accounting support related to warehouse transactions

  • Prepare and maintain challans (inward & outward)

  • Maintain stock records accurately (inward, outward & balance stock)

  • Handle order placement coordination and ensure timely processing

  • Update delivery status and maintain delivery records

  • Coordinate with accounts, sales, and logistics teams

  • Ensure proper documentation and data entry

  • Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and compliance in the warehouse

Skills & Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting support

  • Experience in challan making and stock management

  • Computer knowledge (MS Excel, basic systems)

  • Good coordination and record-keeping skills
