Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Provide accounting support related to warehouse transactions
Prepare and maintain challans (inward & outward)
Maintain stock records accurately (inward, outward & balance stock)
Handle order placement coordination and ensure timely processing
Update delivery status and maintain delivery records
Coordinate with accounts, sales, and logistics teams
Ensure proper documentation and data entry
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and compliance in the warehouse

Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of accounting support
Experience in challan making and stock management
Computer knowledge (MS Excel, basic systems)
Good coordination and record-keeping skills
