Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to join our team at at Cbs Hub Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

• Manage stock control, receipt confirmation, storage, and kitting of materials as per defined SOPs.

• Monitor and track inventory levels with high accuracy to prevent shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.

• Optimize storage space utilization and continuously improve warehouse process efficiency.

• Ensure proper identification, labeling, and accessibility of all inventory items.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff while effectively managing priorities and timelines.

• Monitor quality, labeling, and storage compliance of incoming materials.

  Familiarity with inventory management software, warehouse management systems, and other relevant technology.

• Inbound to Operations Handover & Inventory Accuracy:

• Verify physical stock against handover documents received from the inward team and acknowledge receipt.

• Ensure 100% verification of stock and complete binning within 24 hours.

• Maintain zero tolerance for incorrect receiving related to MRP, ISBN, quantity, item code, or damages.

• Ensure same-day real-time updates in Google Sheets for MRP, quantity, and stock details.

  Space Management & Bin Allocation:

• Allocate floor space and bin locations based on school strength and sales order quantities.

• Maintain accurate bin mapping to support efficient picking and dispatch.

• System, Documentation & IT Coordination:

  • Raise IT or system-related tickets immediately and ensure closure within 48 hours.

  • Outward hand overed stocks in the system should be hand overed to operations with proper documentation and acknowledgment with date and time and file for future reference.

• MRP Verification & Compliance:

  • Verifying the checklist MRP vs Physical MRP of received text books. IF any changes in MRP should be intimated to sales team/School coordinators for MRP changes in the web portal and checklist.

  • Ensure to check complete mode orders regularly and process within TAT(Same day)

  Prepare and share summarized, school-wise pick lists with respective school in-charges to facilitate accurate box picking, including details such as school name, class/grade, second and third language requirements, and total order quantity.

  Desired Candidate Profile

   Graduate with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, order processing, and inventory control.

   Strong working knowledge of warehouse processes including picking, packing, dispatch, bin management, and transfer orders.

   Experience in using ERP / WMS systems (Microsoft D-365 Business Central preferred) and MS Excel for operational tracking and reporting.

   Good understanding of inventory accuracy, and documentation controls.

   Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams such as inward, sales, logistics, and IT.

   Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills with attention to detail.

   Capable of working under tight timelines and peak-season pressure while maintaining accuracy.

   Team-oriented individual with good communication skills and a proactive approach to operations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
