Manage inward and outward material movements (RM, PM, FG)
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation (daily/weekly/monthly)
Ensure proper storage, stacking, and handling of:
Dry fruits, dates, nuts, seeds
Packaging materials
Monitor batch-wise and lot-wise tracking for traceability
Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices (especially for perishable products)
Conduct physical stock audits and variance analysis
Coordinate with:
Procurement for inward planning
Production for material issuance
Dispatch team for order fulfillment
Manage GRN, stock entries, and documentation in ERP/manual systems
Monitor stock levels and raise indents for replenishment
Ensure hygiene, pest control, and food safety compliance in store areas
Maintain proper documentation for audits (FSSAI, ISO, internal audits)
Identify and control damages, expiries, and slow-moving inventory
