In our journey of growth, we are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Warehouse Executive to enhance our warehouse operations in Gurgaon.

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Executive at BownBee will be a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Uniware or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), coupled with a strong background in warehouse supervision. They will oversee various aspects of the warehouse, including inventory management, quality control, and efficient handling of inward and outward materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. WMS and ERP Operation:

Be well versed with Warehouse Management System (WMS) like Uniware/ Unicommerce Utilize these systems to streamline and optimize warehouse processes.

2. Inward Material Handling:

Receive inward materials in the system and conduct physical verification. Print barcodes and lot numbers for receipted materials.

3. Order and Returns Management

Well versed with order and returns processing from various marketplaces and on uniware

4. Documentation and Reporting:

Generate MIS, tax invoices, STN, and dispatch reports.

Manage return goods and accurately record products in the system.

5. Inventory Management:

Generate daily inventory reports and proficient in quality checking procedures. Ensure all inventory processes are completed on the same day.

6. Warehouse Operations:

Receive, move, check, and store incoming goods. Package and label products before dispatch.

7. Picking and Packing:

Pick and pack products efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare deliveries for bulk dispatches.

8. Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate with transport companies for dispatch and delivery. Loading and unloading goods as required.

9. Data Accuracy:
   

Accurately update all data into computer systems and maintain manual recording systems.

10. Adherence to Processes:

Ensure adherence to warehouse processes and quality standards. Undertake any other activities as per the requirements of management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Executive with expertise in WMS and ERP. Proficient in inventory management and quality control.

Familiarity with barcode printing and documentation procedures. Experience in Apparel industry is preferred.

Proficient in office tools esp Excel

Education and Experience:

Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in warehouse and e commerce is mandate.
